MRS FEJIRO EVELYN UGUTE , (FICA, MCIB ) is currently the Managing director of Coastline Microfinance Bank . She finished her Secondary School in 2000 from Unity School Agbarho (USA) ,She possess B.Sc Hons in Botany from the prestigious citadel Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State Of Nigerian in 2005 and obtained her NYSC discharge certificate in 2008 , She became  a Microfinance Certified Banker in 2015 from Chartered Institute Of Bankers Of Nigeria, She also acquired a Certificate on Women in Leadership and Management Position from Nigeria Institute Of Management (NIM), She possess a certificate on RURAL BUSINESS TRAINING from National Association of Microfinance Banks(NAMB), She became a FELLOW of The Institute of Credit Administration 2015(FICA) , She also possess  a Professional Postgraduate Diploma (PPDG) in  Credit Management  2017 from The Postgraduate School Of Credit and Financial Management  , She acquired a Certificate on Corporate Governance and Board Effectiveness from the Society For Corporate Governance Nigeria. She also possess a Certificate on DIGITAL FINANCE from Lapo Institute For Microfinance and Enterprise Development
